Cryptsetup with remote keyfile stored in RAM

To setup a RAM disk on the remote host the client needs to have root privileges on the target device.

recovery.sh deletes the second keyslot (1) and installs the new keyfile. The first keyslot (0) is reserved for the backup password/keyfile.
